Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for store credit only, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, bathing suits are eligible for store credit only if they have not been worn, and the hygienic liner and tags remain intact. Trying the item on carefully over undergarments is acceptable.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

High Obsession reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
